1. No Refund Policy

  • All purchases of Digital Products are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • Once a purchase is made, access to the Digital Product (webinar, seminar, online course, materials, etc.) will be granted, and the sale is considered final.
  • We strongly encourage you to carefully review all information, previews, samples, and descriptions provided before making your purchase.

2. Returns Not Applicable

  • Because Digital Products are delivered instantly (or access is granted digitally) and cannot be “returned” in the physical sense, we do not accept returns.
  • After you receive access to any Digital Product, no returns or cancellations are allowed.

3. Exceptions / Disputes

  • If you believe there has been an error on our part — for example, you did not receive the product you purchased, or the content you received is materially different from what was advertised — please contact us at info@thefluenthorizons.in within 7 calendar days of purchase.
  • We will review the issue and, if validated, may provide a replacement, correction, or, at our discretion, a credit for future use. This is not the same as a refund; it’s an accommodation in exceptional cases.

By making a purchase of a Digital Product from Fluent Horizons, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy.

6. Shipping / Delivery Policy

  • We do not deal in physical products.
  • Therefore, there is no shipping or physical delivery involved in your order.
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access credentials (via email or platform login) to the purchased Digital Product.
  • In rare cases, email delivery may take up to 24 hours due to technical reasons. If you do not receive access within this time, please contact us.
