3. Exceptions / Disputes

  • We will review the issue and, if validated, may provide a replacement, correction, or, at our discretion, a credit for future use. This is not the same as a refund; it’s an accommodation in exceptional cases.

6. Shipping / Delivery Policy

  • We do not deal in physical products.
  • Therefore, there is no shipping or physical delivery involved in your order.
  • Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access credentials (via email or platform login) to the purchased Digital Product.
  • In rare cases, email delivery may take up to 24 hours due to technical reasons. If you do not receive access within this time, please contact us.
